We at Waco Waste want to make sure your upcoming junk removal project runs as smoothly as possible. That’s why we put together this handy cheat sheet on how to prepare your property for delivery and how to use your roll off most effectively when it arrives.
- Before delivery, clear enough space for your dumpster wherever you want it placed on your property.
- Make sure that space has at least 20 feet of overhead clearance and that there is an unobstructed path to it from the road. On delivery day, make sure there are no vehicles, locked gates etc. blocking access.
- While working, fill your dumpster evenly to the greatest extent possible.
- Any appliances should be placed near the dumpster’s door.
- Do not dispose of any hazardous waste or food waste in your dumpster.
- Remember to call us to schedule pickup before the end of your 10 day rental period.
- In order to avoid interrupting you in the middle of a job, we do NOT automatically come for pickup at the end of your 10 day rental period. You must call us to give us the greenlight.
